TRANSFER FROM BCA/GRO Airport:

For visitors flying into Barcelona and Girona airports, a direct transfer service via ShuttleDirect is available, which comes highly recommended by Costa Brava Hub.

Booking Information:

  • Website Language: ShuttleDirect’s website caters to English speakers.
  • Drop-Off Point: When making your reservation, please choose «Apartments El Trull, Carrer Ronda d’Europa, Lloret de Mar» as your drop-off destination.

 

Key Points to Note:

  • The shuttle journey might take longer than anticipated due to traffic and its door-to-door service feature, which entails stops at each passenger’s designated hotel. The trip from Barcelona can span between 2.5 to 3 hours.
  • While the shuttle stops at multiple destinations, it doesn’t halt directly at Costa Brava Hub. Instead, passengers are dropped off on the main route («ruta») linking Lloret de Mar with Tossa.
  • This drop-off spot is roughly 600 meters away from Costa Brava Hub. If you’re traveling light, it’s a manageable walk. However, if you need a hand, give us a call, and we’ll arrange a pick-up for you.

Pullman:

Coach Service

Moventis operates a direct coach service from both Barcelona and Girona airports to the city of Lloret de Mar. Tickets can be booked on their website, and it’s advisable to do so as these coaches fill up quickly. However, please note that the website is only available in Spanish and Catalan; there’s no English version. The coach drops passengers off at the Lloret de Mar bus station. From there, you have two options:

  1. Taxi: Radio Tele Taxi de Lloret de Mar (+34 972362525), priced at €12.
  2. Local Bus: Take the L3 bus and alight at the Ronda Europa stop. The fare is €1.60, payable directly to the driver.

 

Note: The bus only operates 5 times a day, so the local bus service is only convenient if the timings align with your schedule. Nonetheless it’s a viable option for solo travelers with light luggage.
